Box Radiant- Help with the GIA measurements????

Based on radiantcut.com, the GIA measurements vary compared to their requirements for a great cut. I have seen the chart with the to show the sufficient spread. Not sure how to check that. It says 5.0 minimum spread is 92.0. How would I come up with that number? How would I try to figure it out?
