A Patek Philippe annual calendar ref# 5146 in RG.This mechanical watch is self adjusted for months with 30 or 31 days.Unless I let the watch run all the way down it only needs to be adjusted once a yr on March 1.
After visiting two AD within 100 miles and then called 10 different AD around the country with no luck...
Most of the ADs had the WG and the YG models in stock,but none them have a RG in stock, for reasons unknown they say the RG is tough to get hold of. I was about to give up and then a forum member recommended for me to call the AD in Philly. I spoke with the sales manager (George) he said...we don't have one in stock, but we are expecting to receive a 5146R some time next week ,so anyway the Fed X man delivered the package this afternoon. I felt very lucky to have had found a RG model.. 
btw; I haven't told my wife yet!...
