I bought my FI''s wedding gift today....soooo excited. I found this beautiful Movado watch for $1895. I ended getting it for only $800 after a sale and another discount I received. I can''t wait for him to open it wedding morning!

oooh...that''s so exciting! which model is it? do you have a pic? :)

It''s beautiful! He''ll be thrilled when he opens it!

What a beautiful and timeless watch. A perfect gift!

I really like it! I''m hoping to buy my fiance a wedding watch as well - any preferred non-sketchy discount retailers? Everyone seems to be getting really good deals on watches lately.

What a great deal!!

That is really a very nice watch.... if you don''t mind me asking, how did you get the additional "discount" Was a promo code needed ???

The additional discount was the 20% from Macy''s Friends and Family Sale.

Forgot to mention before the Friends and Family discount it was already marked 40% off

Nice...are you going to engrave the back at all?

Surfgirl...I hadn''t even thought of getting in engraved but that is a great idea. Where can I get it engraved? I am not sure if Macy''s does engraving.

Perfect gift!

I bet you could get it engraved at a good jewelry store. It''s lovely!

You can ask at Macy''s but are you anywhere near a Tourneau? If so, I''d ask there if they do it or can recommend anyplace. You might also call a local gift shop that specializes in silver, they would probably either do it in house or know where you could go. But dont go to the first place, look around and find the best place. If you tell us where you live, maybe someone can refer you...I just think engraving either your wedding date or initials or both, or a small inscription takes it from a wedding gift to a family heirloom, you know?
