For everything Art:

TASCHEN Books

Published by TASCHEN Books: David Hockney. 220 for 2020 - Georg Baselitz - The National Gallery. Paintings, People, Portraits

I would also suggest to check out art books by designers with great legacy/art that made it into cinema : Syd Mead, Daniel Simon and pretty much every cool game and movie for which you can find concept art, it will blow your mind: The Art of Mad Max Fury Road or Blood, Sweat & Chrome: The Wild and True Story of Mad Max: Fury Road, etc.

Literature, this is too complex, if you are an avid reader you probably already read these:
Ender's Game, The Girl with the dragon tattoo, The guest cat.
I tried to pick different genres.

Hester, I love going to used bookstores and perusing the Art and Architecture sections for books on artists I have yet to discover, and artists II love.

Two, new to me, artists who surprised me and I now appreciate are Edward Hopper, and Paul Cadmus.

I'm not sure how many have survived Amazon, but it's worth a try.
I'm sure there are many places on the Internet to search for used books, but it's just not the same as thumbing through a real book for making a purchasing decision.

A thought-provoking classic. It's about art and beauty, rather than reproducing or describing art and beauty.

Oh, amazing site, I found on it the book "Frida Kahlo: The Complete Paintings" by Andrea Kettenmann and Luis-Martín Lozano (read it twice). I'm just in love with uncompromising, brightly colored self-portraits that deal with identity, the human body and death.
