Hello all!
Last week we went to the grocery store around 11pm and they had put all their meats on sale to get rid of them. I ended up buying a "Bone-in Beef roast - Simmering" Or it might have been "Bone-in Beef roast - Stock".
Here's the problem, I took it our of the store wrapper and put it in the freezer. I took it out today to make, and have no idea how to cook it! I'm fairly sure I bought it to make a slowcooker meal, but if it said "Stock" I might have missed that and bought it anyway, as it was a great sale. But because it was a great sale it's making me think it was for stock and i just got blinded by the price.
So basically, if it was a Bone-in Beef Roast (simmering OR stock) can I still make a slow cooker meal out of it?
