Blue Nile?

Whats the verdict on buying from Blue Nile? Can I trust their opinion?

I hear loads of praise for Whiteflash and Good Old Gold but Blue Nile?

Blue Nile isn''t very popular on this site because they don''t have an upgrade policy and don''t provide pictures of the actual stones, but I''ve used them lots of time (several solitaire rings, two pairs of diamond studs, anniversary band, wedding bands (2)) and have been VERY pleased with the quality of merchandise and customer service. I really do LOVE Blue Nile, despite the fact that it''s not the favorite vendor on this site.

i also got my ring and stud earrings from them, good customer service, great quality, good price but no upgrade policy and no pictures of stone but great return policy.

I am very pleased with jewelry from Blue Nile, but I would never upgrade a piece of jewelry once I own it. If I have pieces that I no longer wear, I have them melted down and recycled into something else.

I see they have a UK website, so do they have a UK base or is it just same stock shipped over as and when required?
