BN has some nice stones in their Signature Collection. And they have a very good return policy. But that''s it.

They don''t provide any extra info that many want when buying online, and there is no upgrade policy.

I generally prefer Good Old Gold and WhiteFlash because they carry top quality stone in-house and provide pictures and other information for you on the stone. Both have great upgrade policies.
