''blue diamond'' certificate?

hi everybody

. ever heard of ''blue diamond'' certificate? compared to egl which one is safer? been to my jeweler today and he''s got some new diamonds with blue diamond cert. a couple of more questions... please help me.
1. are extra facets bad for a RB?
2. what is 0.4 culet?
3. is 62% table too large?

2. what is 0.4 culet? not a problem - a little flat facet on the bottom
3. is 62% table too large? yes - too big for me

2. what is 0.4 culet? not a problem - a little flat facet on the bottom Can also be an aberation of the Sarin scan. I often see 0.4 to 0.6 on a culet that AGS says is pointed. Not sure why, but I see it often.
3. is 62% table too large? yes - too big for me Me too!

My advice is to stick with GIA and AGS only. Then you can be relatively sure of what you''re getting!
