I understood your email perfectly.

Particularly as I live in Arizona and had the same experience. I burned way too much time on their site with nothing to show for it. My take on it is they are in the IT stone age.

Sorry! Just saw this now. I actually just emailed ceo. It was the only way I was going to get anybody to help me. They finally did, although I will say I have not shopped there since. It was just too hard to place online orders. It had something to do with not having an American credit card....
