Blemishes on Hearts View for RB Diamond?

Hi, I'm fairly new here, and in the market for a diamond in the near future. I am trying to learn about H and A views and I have read that the Hearts image should not be used to judge anything except for the symmetry. Is this true? Here are some examples of what I mean: Do the spots inside the hearts have any significance? I searched but couldn't figure out how to find this information. Thanks!

I don't remember which diamonds these were exactly, but I only looked at eye-clean diamonds with SI1 or better. The first one definitely didn't have inclusions situated like that from the AGS report.

I don't know if you can see the image attached but it seems to have the same thing. I thought it was the inclusions but I guess maybe not. I didn't pay too much attention at the time but this thread just reminded me.
