Ok guys, we are getting married in Jamaica in October. My lady's birthday is 5 days after our wedding (still on our honeymoon). Thoughts on a birthday gift that would be appropriate?

i think i'm going to pursue a bezel set pendant....any idea about how to go about buying the best for my money? <$1500 would be budget....bought ering from GOG...
