Best Vendor for Small Huggies??

I've read a lot of the threads on huggies and I know several of the vendors offer them. Which is the BEST one to buy a pair of small but really, really sparkly huggies?

My studs that I with to wear them with are .34 ct each (I know, small by PS standards but I LOVE them). I don't want something to overpower them and I want to wear them every day regardless of what I'm wearing.... dress, jeans, short, sweats...

I'd look at BGD too. Their melee is exceptional!
