Best vendor for custom diamond toi et moi ring?

Hello all,

I found so much advice from this forum while looking for my e-ring, but never posted because you guys had already answered it all! Major thank you to the community.

I'm now looking for the best vendor to help create a custom diamond toi et moi ring on a tough budget with these ideas:
Diamond 1: ~2ct Yellow pear. Colour (anywhere towards Z-fancy). Eye-clean. Great cut/light performance
Diamond 2: ~2ct Face-up white of one of: radiant, princess, cushion, OEC, OMC, emerald cut. Eye-clean. Great cut/light performance. GIA
Setting: Plain yellow gold band, no other flourishes

Budget is 11k area, which makes this challenging. Would love some wisdom/expertise on who might be best to take this challenge on?
