Watched John Pollard's video. Step one, start in person. What are some of the best brick and mortar stores to start diamond shopping in Philadelphia?

I’d recommend just going to the jewelry district and poking around all the shops there. It’s convenient to have so many so close together.

In store to look at size, color and clarity. I would suggest that you take notes about the various diamonds and then compare prices - apples to apples - for diamonds with well known online vendors.

Not sure if you are only interested in City jewelers but if you are interested in suburban jewelers, Benari Jewelers is great.
