Best QUALITY diamond prices in metro-Atlanta or online?

Looking to buy a quality stone from a reputable mom & pop shop (less overhead, more customer oriented) or online direct vendor. Obviously price is a factor here so I was wondering if anyone could make a recommendation? I would certainly appreciate any and all help that you may provide.

Im looking for anywhere from a .75-1.0ct cushion center with a great color (no noticeable yellow or dingy look) and inclusions that arent visable to the naked eye (either being hidden by prongs or in a "fortunate" spot)...

For the band, she is dainty and I just want a simple very thin band with some individually faceted small stones running around the band (not pavet, unless someone can convince me they will actually sparkle on such a small thin band)

My budget is around $4k am I dreaming? Sorry for the newb questions all... please play nice.

I think $4k will be tough including the setting. You need to do it online to have a greater selection of cushions at a better price. Trust me, we all found this out one way or another. Do you know what type of cushion you want? Modern or antique style?
