locally they really don''t even carry anything like this, and judging from online pricing, the local price (if i can find one) is found at the "high" end jeweler and runs about $12k.

This is a VS2, but trust me, she won''t see anything. They didn''t have any VS1 in your size.

Did a quick search & found these three in addition to the ones Ellen kindly posted (ETA: for your budget & w your above requirements, the first WF one is my fav):

1.09 F VS1 - WF $6998 (price prolly less than shown w PS disc)

1.136 G VS2 $7033 - GOG

1.05 F VS2 $6285 - WF
