Best place to find 3/4 diamond band Pre-made

Considering a WF diamond band with .40 ideal cut diamonds 3/4 around band. I don’t love a particular setting that WF carried so will have to pay nonrefundable $250 for CAD design. Is there a faster, easier way to get a ring like this with some design flexibility in terms of idamind quality?
