Best place to buy gemstones/gemstone rings

[Forgemstones]

Specifically blue sapphire, yellow sapphire, possibly ruby. Would be great if they could set that in a ring to my specifications. I did some research and but couldn't find consensus on the most reasonable and reliable place. Not interested in diamonds or fancy stuff. Thank you in advance.
