Best Ebay Listing I've Seen In a Long Time

OMG that is the best...but the price  Still, I am sure it is absolutely worth every cent as it is a very useful item :cheeky:

Thanks for posting it!

I absolutely love this! I had to keep calling my DH over to see each pic.. he wasn't as impressed (what, he says, a guinea pig dressed up as a knight?) and a bit sad that Lucky is now RIP... but I agree completely with you - best eBay listing I've seen in a long, long time!

Thanks so much for this thread!

$24,000?

 I'm shocked at how much interest there is! It does seem very... One of a kind!

Poor little guinea pig, stuck in that hot thing! No wonder Lucky bought the farm. Probably had a heart attack!

Best is the guy asking if the jet ski is included!!!

I saw the picture (not the auction) on the ebay home page... and saved the image.. I thought it was the funniest thing I had ever seen.. BUT I didnt' know it was for sale for $24,000  people... do you know what your could do with that kind of money!!!!! :naughty:

All of the money minus the eBay fees is going to a Guinea Pig Rescue as a donation, so I'm guessing that's what's driven up the price!

I'm guessing

1) the owner had no idea the bidding would go this high when he or she posted this as a charity auction, and

2) he or she will end up with some commissions out of this, though perhaps not for ( ) $24,000...

after all, you guinea pigs need to be prepared for... whatever!

That is better then the "air guitare" i saw listed for $10 last week!

Now over $26,000! Maybe I should take up a new hobby!

It's up to $28,100!

ETA: Weird, someone must have retracted a couple bids, as it's back down to $26,100.

I think I read that the seller would be deleting bids from people with no or low feedback. I love hearing about stuff like this, but it makes me sad when it gets the attention of the news and the fake bidders. I was watching something a bit ago that was a charity auction and it reached around £10,000. By the end, when it'd sold and feedback was given it was about £2,000. I assume that people were bidding it up and by the time those bids were removed and a paying buyer could be found it was much lower than it seemed.

I SO want adorable armor for my rabbit.

SOLD! For a mere $23,400!
