Best Diamond for about 5K

Looked online for a bit.

Went to two jewelers - way too much money or crap cuts.

I ideally wanted to spend about 4K-5k for a stone with $5,500 being absolute max.

I am looking for Colors I-J - or K if its going to be a HUGE size difference and work with the ring.

Carat 1+ - as big as possible for the money. Size does matter to me.

Clarity VS2 - SI2 Eyeclean

Cut - excellent
