Folks,
I am new to this forum and let me begin by saying what a great help this place is! I have been a lurker for a week and I have learnt more about diamonds in this week than I ever knew before!
The general consensus seems to be that the SuperbCert classic tiffany setting is better than the WhiteFlash one. However I have never seen any comment about the blue nile nouveau 6-prong solitaire setting and how close it is to the original. The one I am talking about is this - http://www.bluenile.com/platinum-engagement-ring-setting_12964
Also, any ideas if BN sets the prongs low enough so that no gap is visible below the diamond? If anyone can post sample pics of this setting, that would be awesome!
I would have preferred SuperbCert/Excel diamonds option but they seem to be in holiday and I would need to order asap.
The WF setting is good too, but I cannot get the setting alone from WF and I am not getting the right diamond from their collection.
Thanks in Advance!!
