I bought my diamond from a b & m.

It came with a "mini" certificate from AIG, American International Gemologists listing certificate number, date, shape, measurement, weight, color, clarity, and polish/symmetry.

When I called them to ask for the rest of the stats on my diamond, they asked me where I bought it from and said I would need to pay $25 to get the full report.

I also tried emailing them and no one answered me back.

Is this customary to do? (ie charge me for a "full report")

Yes. The big report always costs more than the shortened version.

not worth the $25 bucks.

Well, I ordered the full report today. I figure it has to be less expensive then getting the diamond re-certified?

Oh those b & m jewelry stores~~
