In my efforts to pick up a nice diamond now for e ring, and perhaps more in the future, I am thinking about ordering the beginner idealscope but nto sure in what ways to use it and exactly what to look for. I have read the information on the idealscope sight but looking for advise from users. Also, in order to show a picture here of the scope, how would I do that?

teaches how to take photo''s

make the photo below 95kb and give it a name that has never been used by anyone here before as it will not load if you use one like say "ideal-scope photo"

Thanks gary for your quick reply. I researched appraisers on this site and my nearest appraiser has an idelscope amongst many other brillance adn fire tests. Would it be advised that I simply get it appraised before purchase?

Are you buying online or in person?
If buying online imho buy from a vendor who offers IS images.
If buying in person then get the scope.

With either an appraisal isn''t a bad idea as you will need one for insurance on the ring anyway.
