Been studying but still confused!!!

Hi and thanks in anticipation for any advice you pass me, i feel like my head is going to explode right now! I live in the Uk and have a budget somewhere between £4-5K (about $7000) and want to try and source a 1ct emerald diamond engagement ring for my girlfriend. I have been studying countless websites getting myself in knots over what to buy. Obviously i want a ring that looks as fantastic as possible for the money and am keen to buy from Blue Nile as whenever i have been in a jewellers shop i don't find them keen to discuss the 4C's nevermind polish/symmetry and all the other knowledge i'm keen to share. This is the diamond i currently like and would appreciate feedback that can be given purely from the numbers.
