Hi all,
I''ve been lurking the forum for quite some time now. Thanks for all the excellent advice.

I''ve finally settled on a stone. I do not have pics and such, but have numbers if that helps for some sort of analysis. I have seen the stone in person and it is fiery and sparkles like no tomorrow under just about any light condition - including dim lighting.

Here are the specs:

1.01ct
D
VVS2
GIA - Excellent Cut
Ex - polish
Ex - symmetry
No Flour
No cutlet
Table: 57
Depth 61.7
Crown 34
Pavilion 41

Any feedback for the above stone? Thank you for your help in advance.

It looks to be a potential winner by the numbers, as you have seen it in person, and as you say you have checked it out away from the store lights to see how it looks in more everyday conditions, it appears to be well worth consideration! I take it you want D VVS? You probably know you could lower both colour and clarity comfortably but if you specifically want D VVS then ignore that advice!

Lorelei,
I have taken the stone outside of the store and also into sunlight. I have also taken the stone into the darker areas of the store with very little lighting.

I am more concentrated about the crown/pavilion angles and wondering if those are within the ideal range.

It is not imperative the stone be a D/VVS, but out of the stones I have seen, this was the one to me that was the "knockout".

Thank you for your quick reply.

You are welcome! The crown and pavilion angles you mention can be a great combo in some stones, so it sounds like a very well cut stone.

I just saw your edit where you added about this stone being the knockout, then it is definitely worth strong consideration!

All those numbers are working well together, I would imagine it''s a very pretty stone indeed!
