Are these prices failrly in line or do you think that the diamond or setting is pretty far from reasonable? Thanks in advance for helping me out. Your help and knowledge is appreciated, and I respect your comments!

I would say the stone is very over priced, no exact match, but priced around 7-8k.

Lets just say that I bought my setting from Arthur''s, but I chose to buy my diamond elsewhere

Wow, I must have learned more than I thought from reading PS threads, because my first thought was that the stone was way overpriced.

If this diamond is with a brick and mortar jeweller, then it is often found they are considerably higher priced.
