Hello. I am in the process of shopping (soon to purchase hopefully) a .9 - 1 ct. Solasfera and I have also purchased a really pretty concave cut colored gem from Richard Homer, who I would have never heard of if it weren''t for this site. Thank you!

I''d like to have these made into two different rings. I just love the Henrich Denzel and Stuart Moore designs, the very contemporary, clean lined things. It appears that with both of these, you cannot supply a stone and have them set it in their settings. Can anyone suggest a custom jeweler who does contemporary work like that? Here is another setting I really like. I think this would be nice in platinum or grey gold with a full eternity band to go along with it

YUm I agree on the designers you mentioned. Try Etienne Perret , he''s the only one I can think of at them moment.

You''re right about Stuart Moore not selling his settings without the stones (unless it''s an heirloom/family one) and his store won''t sell the other designers they carry without selling you the stone either, but Henrich and Denzel does. You just need to find someone that carries their designs.

I''m Not sure where you are but on the east coast, I purcahsed my H&D wedding band from Linda Meyer in Phila.
Last time I checked (about 2 years ago) they did sell their settings without stones but again, need to find a jeweler that''s willing to do it. You can always contact H&D directly (email on their web page) to find out who carries them in your area.

As far as going custom, I''d be weary with Bauhaus type of jewelery because they''re so symmetrical that I think it''d be difficult to pull it of as perfectly as the people that specialize in them.
