Bank Wire Payment for an engagement ring

Hi All,

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Zoara.com and paid via international bank wire on September 12, 2014 (i am from Canada). I called my bank and they said that the receiving bank should have gotten on September 15, 2014. I called Zoara and confirmed I put down the wire transfer details and they are looking into the issue, but i am wondering how can it take this long?? and what could go wrong?? I am wondering if anyone have similiar experience

I don't know the answers but maybe there's an an error someplace in the transfer process if anything has to be done manually?

I don't really have an answer for you but I can tell you that I made a wire transfer to GOG in New York this past Sunday, the 21st, and it cleared this afternoon. The bank said it wouldn't take any longer than 2 business days. I hope you get some answers soon! Good luck.
