It was a shocked to actually see the ring and have it on my finger. My lovely fiance(!) has given me a beautiful diamond in a standard setting... He''s letting me pick my own setting which I LOVE. Now all i need is to find one.

Would you guys mind posting pictures of thin settings... I love simplicity but with a nice crown... i wouldn''t mind more diamond neither!

Pictures of the diamond will be posted as soon as I get the camera from the luggage!

As for simple settings, my absolute favorite simple settings are Mark Morrell Flame, Sunburst, and Torchiere. I love how the prongs form 6 little hearts on top of the diamond, and all the detail work in the baskets!
