Babotie (bobotie) recipe?

I know we have some S. African PS'ers here right? Does anyone have a babotie recipe? I tried asking one of my friends who's grandmother has an awesome recipe, but the guy NEVER writes back!

Anyone here have a totally amazing recipe to share?

All recipes has one but it is spelled bobotie. If you google spelling it will come up.
