Avoid purchasing from Pompeii

Terrible customer service. Ordered , then cancelled within hours. Even though they claim they don’t offer the option to cancel. They sent me a cancellation confimation ( back in December). Fast forward , my credit card was charged ( over $1200), and never refunded. Here we are in Feb, no refund, no ring, and no replies to emails. Seriously… how do they stay in business? I highly advise you AVOID this seller. Their jewelry is prob crap anyway!

Update: still no refund for my purchase as promised, as another month goes by and they reply to my email saying they will refund me. It’s been 3 months now, no ring no money returned. Please do not purchase from Pompeii, I will escalate this in small claims court now!

Thanks for sharing, that's unacceptable!
Did you dispute it with your Credit Card company? Things like this are usually straight forward to get reversed.

I have still waiting on an answer, takes couple months they told me.
