Avatar Help...

I've been trying to change my avatar, but I keep getting an error that reads "this path is already in use"... Anyone know how to fix it?

Never heard of that particular error. I just changed my avatar recently without issues. A few things to check:
1. File type - jpg is probably the easiest to handle, gif, jpeg, png
2. File name - no dashes, slashes, numbers or other symbols
3. File size - I think you have to keep it within 100K, and no more than 96 x 96 pixels

I've changed my avatar several times, and this is the first time I've had trouble...

1. It's jpg
2. I changed the name to include no number or symbols
3. The file size is within range

...it's STILL giving me the same error message. I've tried it multiple times at work (pc) and home (Mac).

Sorry, I don't have a solution but figured I'd bump your question.

You said you've changed your avatar before so, assuming the process hasn't changed, its a matter of uploading the new image and pressing Submit.

Are you able to upload the new image, or is that when you get the error message?

Msop, I got an error previously. However, I tried it again to switch to Poppy and it worked! I sized the photo down even smaller. I'm not sure if that helped or not.

Hey December-fire... I still cant get the photo I wanted to be my avatar, but I was able to find another that would work. And, yes, it's the CAD from my upgrade setting via CVB -- COMING SOON!!
