I am currently in Sydney and would be relocating to Singapore in a month, wondering if i should have my e-ring reset in Australia or Singapore.
My utmost concern is the quality and workmanship of the ring. In terms of cost, would it be right to assume that it is most likely cheaper when done in Singapore?
