first one is a no go.

second might be decent but instead of chasing EGL virtual stones and worrying about the grading accuracy you would be better off seeing what the PS vendors have in GIA or AGS graded stones

the one I linked looks like a borderline si1 so have the inclusion checked and get an IS image but it does look like a exellent value stone.
You also might want to do a deposit tomorrow if your really interested in it so someone dont snag it.
