I don't know if you have seen this picture or not. I found it on preciousplatinum.com and thought of you and your search! Memoire Paris single prong.

Last one. Memoire Paris double prong.

thanks monkey. i haven''t seen those pics yet, thanks for posting them. I just love the memoire rings but i''m not 100% sold on the single prong. there is just a touch more space b/t the stones than the double prong and I''m not really loving it. I think it might be fabulous with 2 or 3 point stones. I just wish memoire would do something about those heads. for such gorgeous well designed and crafted rings those heads are just not pretty

I just bought the double prong wedding band, and I do like it much better than the single prong. And I agree that a more cupped head would be more complimentary to the round stones in the e-ring setting.

I could not agree more. There is just something a little "cheap" looking about the single prong set to me. I am sure it is absolutely beautiful, but it looks like a strand of plastic beads to me. I also don't like how they would lock together. I came across that and wasn't sure if it might help someone. The head is absolutely horrible! Like Mara says, they need to think more about these. It is like they just plunked it on the band as an afterthought. I don't mean for my comments to offend anyone, it is just my opinion.

Now I CAN get on board with the double prong one! That one is fabulous. Congrats Diamondseeker on a decision and a beautiful choice!

Mrs. S, are you still thinking about the Leon? Any lead contenders right now? Inquiring minds ya know

I'm not too sure about that Memoire single prong design either. I would like to see one in person. In photos the double prong puts the stones closer together and it just has a prettier look. I don't understand why they can't come up with a nicer head though.

Does anyone know where I can purchase this ring?

yeah that head is just not a charmer at all. it always boggles the mind when you see expensive designer settings where obviously they put a ton of thought and care into making things really high quality, and then they slap a V head or something on it for the diamond. come on people!! let''s get creative with the expensive settings...i''d love to see more designers think outside of the box on the head thing.

hi aulivey and welcome to Pricescope

the only pricescope vendor to carry Memoire is Pearlmans jewelers carres the rings. they are listed under designers/Pearlmans collection.

If you go to the Memoire website, you can also do a search for jewelers in your area who carry the rings. This is helpful if you''d like to try them on first. I bought mine at a local jeweler.

Mrs. S. - In antipcation of your trip I decided to scope out Lester Lampert, Troebert and Hoeffer, Graff and Geneva Seal on my way home last night. Given our limited time we are ON A MISSION and I want to make sure you see the best that Chicago has to offer! My happy hubby called after a while to ask where I was (I "forgot" to tell him that I was shopping my way home) and he about had a heart attack when I told him that I was in Graff. "It''s for Mrs. Salvo!" I had to keep screaming over and over again to get him to calm down.

haha dee jay that is too funny about your hubby. I was just filling my hubby in on the details of our plans and told him we''d be going to Tiffany and a few other jewelry stores. His eyes just sorta glazed over
41.gif
. did you see anything that caught your eye

Anything that caught my eye--are you kidding??? Only just about everything! There's some major bling going on on Oak Street and we're going to experience it first hand!
