Hey Zoe:

I''m in MA/New England and even though I am not planning to start my dress hunt until the fall (still waiting for my e-ring even though we have set the date) I was wondering if you could tell me the name of the shop you went to where you got such wonderful service with your gown? I''m also petite and a bit on the larger side and even though I go to the gym 5 days a week and am being cautious about what I eat I don''t anticipate magically shrinking before October. I''m very comfortable with my body until someone else says something about it so I''d really like to know where you found such a wonderful shop that worked with you and respected your shape.

Thanks!

Hi KTF!

We actually met at the PS get-together just after Christmas, just to refresh your memory. Sounds silly to mention it but I wasn''t sure if you remembered.

If you still have the picture of us, I''m the one in the dark pink sweater.

Anyway, I''d definitely recommend Marry and Tux in Nashua. The shop is in a tiny plaza on DW Highway in S. Nashua (about 10 minutes up the road from the Pheasant Lane Mall). The website is http://www.marryandtux.com.

The original girl who I worked with is um, Brandy, I think. I know I mentioned her here before, and I *think* that''s her name. It''s been a while since I''ve seen her though. She was the one who put my mind at ease right away. When I went back later, it was Rose who helped me (both times, I think). She was very helpful as well. Since Brandy was the first one to connect with me, I would have preferred to have her continue working with me, but as I mentioned, I haven''t seen her any of the times I''ve gone back. Anyway, I don''t think it makes a difference who you work with. All of the staff is great.

Everything went really smoothly when it came to ordering things. The only problem I had was that a shawl I had ordered came in in the wrong color. I sent it back and ordered a wrap instead. It wasn''t an issue really, and the wrap came in fairly quickly (it had to be a rush order).

If you''re up for having company, I''d be happy to meet you there and browse with you. I''m not sure if you''re planning on bringing someone or not, but the offer''s there if you''d like.

Zoe, you never posted photos of you in your dress did you missy???? I''m still waaaaaaitinnnnnng...

Don''t be silly, Zoe, both Keeping and I remember you fondly, and everyone else we met that day! (and I remember your ring too, and still think of it sometimes..hehe). You''re so modest it''s adorable.

Thanks so much ZB! I know exactly where the shop is! I used to hang out in Nashua when I was in highschool....ahhh sweet memories!

I will certainly let you know when I plan to start the great dress hunt. TBerube will be coming with me for sure so we should absolutely make a day of it.

I''m thinking towards the end of the summer I will be feeling ready to (gasp) set foot into a bridal shop and start trying things on.

BTW - LOVE your dress!!!!!!!
