The contingency was lifted today (3 days before our contract expired) and we have our inspections set up for MONDAY MORNING! HOpefully Ill remember my camera to take more photos.

WOOT! My uncle called to tell me that the other agent called and they will be fixing everything we asked for! He said that the agent is part time so he isn''t sure if he hasn''t been to the office to fax the signed sheet or if he hasn''t been to the people''s house to pick up the signed sheet!
