I had never heard of this group either, Matata, but when I read the article I realized that I did know about one of the cases described. The killings by Nicholas Giampa were considered to be ones that fit into this new category and I was familiar with them. Reston, Virginia is adjacent to the town where I have a home in Virginia and it isn't very large. The people he killed were not minorities, though. Their crime (he killed his girlfriend's parents and his girlfriend) was that his girlfriend's parents disapproved of his Nazi beliefs and didn't want him to date their daughter because of them. So he killed them on ideological grounds. It was all simply a political dispute and quite rational.
