Asscher online?

I have been looking Asschers for an engagement ring recently and am having trouble deciding between a store or online. Not many people have a much of a selection to look at so it is tough to make comparisons. I think that you pay a premium with jewelers also. There are tons of them online but lots of people say an Asscher is something that must be seen. I found one online that seems to be a great diamond on paper - as far as numbers go - the best I have found. Should I jump on this opportunity? Is this diamond worth the risk? Or should I wait to find something at a jeweler?

First, who is the vendor? Do they offer ASET/IS, Sarin report, real life pics, etc? Those are crucial when looking at fancies. Asschers can be bought online, when you have a good vendor that provides the things I just asked about.

There is no lab grading Asscher in cut performance, so that is the vendor's own definition of Ex cut, could mean anything for all we know.

This look like a good one within your budget, slightly lower in color. The strong blue fluor should not affect the light performance, unlikely for Jon to stock an over blue and give it a life time guarantee. You can call and ask.
