I have been lurking around on and off for years and now need a little help. I have decided on an Ascher cut but I am unsure how this would look in person. I am waiting to see it in person but I wanted an expert opinion first. The specs are as follows:

GIA Graded
Measurements: 5.79 x 5.78 x 3.96mm
Weight: 1.12 carat
Depth: 68.5%
Table: 58%
Girdle: Thin to Medium
Culet: None
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent
Clarity: VVS2
Color: H
Fluorescence: None

Would this stone be worth driving to see or should I save the gas and find something else. My budget is roughly $5K if that helps.

what type of setting?

Honestly I don''t know, I was going to decide on the stone first and then the setting. Right now I am looking at options but I''m open for any suggestions.

The reason I asked is in a high 4 prong I would want a thicker girdle if a large part of it is thin.
But it might be a small part and not an issue.
