Hi -

I am looking to purchase around a 1.00ct asscher center stone over the next month or so. I''ve been doing research for about a month and would like some suggestions on an asscher. My budget is between $5000-$6000. The stone is going to be set in the Ritani Endless Love setting (which I got from Robbins Bros. for a great price!) Obviously, I''m looking for the most well-cut asscher available in my price range. As far as specs go, I know I should be looking for a crown of 10-15%, depth of 65-70%, and table of around 58-62%. I''d like the color to be F-G range with clarity VS1-VS2.

With the clarity and color I want, a BN signature cut is well out of my price range. WF has some nice stones and I know people on here are fans of GOG as well. I was hoping a few of you experts might be willing to send me the links to what you would consider to be a nice asscher in my price range. I appreciate your help! Thanks,

Andrew

btw thats...
table under 65
depth 60-70 unless it has a small table(54 or under) then deeper is ok.
CH 10%+, 15%+ is better.

Wow, that was fast. Of the two you''re suggesting, which one would you prefer?? Thanks!

money no object the f-vs2 but both are kicken.

If you can afford it I''d go with the F. I have an asscher in an H and I do notice some color. So with asschers I''d go as high in color as I could afford. They show color more than rounds.
