Hi,

Got a noob question. I just got my IDEAL and ASET scope. When I tried to use the ASET scope on a round diamond, I noticed a lot of green. But, on an Ideal Scope, it looks very IDEAL to me. Am I using the ASET scope correctly?

This might be helpful..

there is also a link there showing you how to use it correctly too. It's hard for us to tell you if your using it right or not. Can you post images?

I think most of us agree that with RBs the IS image will be a more accurate indicator of the performance of the stone.

A lot of green probably means your stone has some painting. That is not a concern - it creates a different look that was very popular a decade ago in a brand called eight star(tm)
