What's the best way to determine brilliance of a stone? Is there an Aset image tool on the iphone by any chance?

thanks again gypsy. It seems like this is very important..would you agree? My jeweler says he doesn't have this..How concerned should i be? It's regarding the 3 carat GIA i emailed out earlier...

You can take the stone to an appraiser that has one. Or send it to one. Where are you located?
