All this talk of tea and coffee made me think about soda.
Do you drink a lot of soda? And if so, do you happily drink it, or do you feel like you drink too much but are a wee bit addicted?
I used to drink a ton of it. Every day for lunch, and several refills to boot. Then my friend told me to try diet soda and I said no way!
She bet me if I forced myself to drink it, I could never go back to regular coke, and she was right. I was so happy that I could drink my soda "guilt free."
Then I went to Europe and soda was more expensive than beer. I quit cold turkey, and haven't drank coke in over 7 years. I don't know why, but I love that I don't drink soda. I STILL miss the fizz of coke from time to time (what DO they put in there anyway that is so addictive?!) but even though it doesn't contain calories, I stick with water or iced tea.
