Are WF orders usually completed on time?

Hi All! I'm planning an anniversary purchase from Whiteflash (first order with them) and I was hoping that someone could weigh in on how accurate their completion time estimates are. I'm a little worried - I'm looking at one of the D. Vatche halo settings on their website (and they state it's 15 days for the ring to be completed in the product description), and my last email from one of the WF reps whom I've been corresponding with informed me that D. Vatche is closed until July 17th (I am not sure if they need to contact D. Vatche to obtain the setting, set the centre stone, or just to tell me what the additional cost is for a larger ring size). No matter the reason, this order can't move along until July 17th. Anyway, fifteen days takes us to August 1. I'm moving overseas on August 5th.

Those of you who ordered with WF before: In your experience, have your orders been completed and shipped on time?

Thanks for any advice!

Yes. In fact, if they know of your time crunch they'll try you get it to you earlier. They've done that for me before.

That is true they will work with you. Mine said 7 days to complete and they had it done in about 4 days.

The ring is also awesome and the Fiance' loves it :)

Yes. I have made several purchases through them (two of them custom) and they have met every deadline or have it completed before then.

Probably will be up to DVatche. From what I understand DVatche do not have stock settings and almost always set the stone themselves.

I got my Vatche setting from Good Old Gold. They hand carried my diamond to Vatche and then picked it up exactly a week later. That may be the shortest unless there is some kind of rush order option. You'd be adding a couple of days for shipping to and from WF and then shipping to you. So I'd say 10 days is possible if everything works as it should.

Yup like everyone else they have always completed my projects on time. If you are on a time crunch then call them, don't email.
