Are all GIA diamonds laser inscribed?

Are all GIA diamonds ID laser inscribed? Or is it an option at the GIA lab? Thanks!

Absolutely not. However, they (as well as other labs e.g. AGS, AGA) offer laser inscription as a separate service.

Conversely, not all diamonds that are inscribed were necessarily inscribed by GIA AGS or some other lab.
