It is very pretty, almost looks like a renaissance piece (16th and 17th centuries). They used to bezel set round stones in yellow gold in those times. You have a good eye for unique pieces. The only thing I would caution is that aquamarines tend to photograph darker than they are, so you might be disappointed if they''re too light colored. I also see that the seller does not mention the size (unless I didn''t read carefully enough), and they wore very small rings in those days (alas, women were much smaller then
). Therefore, even though it''s well priced, you might have to pay a jeweler extra $$ to get it resized. I know that my jeweler charges $75 to resize from a 6 to a 9, so make sure it fits, or the seller sizes it for you for free.
