Can anyone recommend an appraiser in the Las Vegas, NV area? I looked on the Appraiser link on PS and NV is not available.

Thanks for the recommendation. What is this gentleman's background and credentials (i.e. how do I know that he is a legitimate appraiser)? This is a first for me so I'm not really sure what I'm doing
