Appraisers Between southwest PA and northeast OH?

I''d appreciate any help from someone who knows of or has had experience with independent appraisers in or around the Pittsburgh, Youngstown, Akron, Canton, or Cleveland areas. I''ve thumbed through the appraisers on this site (via resources and search) and others, but none seem to have their own Idealscope/ASET equipment and the like. I will potentially get my own scope, but would like a third-party opinion... ... ... thanks.

Kiran may be able to assist you. I''m not sure what she is doing these days. She is not a retailer, but only an appraiser.

She seems very nice and knowledgeable, but she similarly does not use Idealscope or ASET imaging.

It seems bizarre to me that every thread on pricescope ends with some request of such imaging and every appraiser in my corner of the country pooh-poohs the notion of using such equipment.

So... How far should I go to track down imaging? Can an experienced appraiser eyeball cut for me? Again, I am contemplating getting my own scope, but, still, if cut is the least negotiable C, what is the correct way to make an online purchase and have a third party verify cut?

I must be missing something (?).
