My mother-in-law passed away recently and had a diamond necklace in her possession that had belonged to her mother. It is a solitaire, probably about one carat. Her sisters are claiming that the necklace now belongs to them, etc, etc, etc, although there is nothing in writing. So, before we figure out how to handle this, we''d like to know what the value of the necklace is. can anyone recommend an appraiser or gemologist in the Denver area? Thanks.....
